Job Description

Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee RFI, submittals, and change order processes. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to assistant project managers and project engineers.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have :

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and cost controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
