• Monday - Friday schedule, 8-hour days, 30 hours guaranteed weekly
• 7 - 8 patients per day with 85% productivity expectation
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Two adjacent buildings within walking distance
• 100% geriatric patient population
• Previous SNF experience preferred but training available
• Opportunity for extension based on performance
