A company is looking for a Senior Federal Workers Comp Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims through effective decision-making and communication

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software

Experience in Federal Defense Base Act and Longshore claims preferred
