job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPosition is in an adult rehab services department within a clinical setting Full-time, 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday Role involves following physician-directed therapeutic physical therapy treatments for adult patients Patient caseload includes adult rehabilitation needs as directed by physician orders Responsibilities include interpreting physician orders, developing and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress, and planning patient discharge May supervise or assist students during clinical rotations, depending on experience Maintains and cleans equipment used in department 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible Contract extensions limited to one time for a total of 26 weeks, with a required 6-month separation before reapplying Minimum of one year of recent physical therapy experience required Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy required Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, therapy principles and ability to use and modify therapy equipment as needed Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with staff and guide patients in their care Basic computer proficiency necessary High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
