Sales And Administrative Services Support

The position facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing various sales support, administrative, and office tasks.

Essential Functions

• Represent Affinity Group in an ethical and professional manner.
• Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of information when needed.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Assist Affinity Group at Food Shows
• Assist management team with Client / Customer presentations
• Maintain a compliant, clean and organized building
• Run errands and make deliveries around the office or to external parties.
• Point person for coordination of deliveries to Affinity Group corporate office
• Responsible for stocking inventory from deliveries to the warehouse and breaking down packages for disposal
• Other duties as assigned

Pay range : $20-$23 / hr
