Job Title : Project Control / Document Control / Change Manager

Role Overview

This role is central to maintaining control over documentation, change processes, and project reporting for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Procore , strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to coordinating stakeholders across multiple project phases. You will be responsible for maintaining document integrity, facilitating change control, and ensuring project controls are aligned with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controls

• Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate status reports for leadership
• Support cost tracking and variance analysis
• Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure timely data exchange
