As a Licensed Mental Health Professional working in a correctional facility, your responsibilities include :

• Conducting intake evaluations.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and suicide prevention techniques.
• Developing treatment plans for inmates.
• You will also be responsible for monitoring the clinical needs of inmates on your caseload.
• Providing staff training on mental health topics.
• Documenting all findings in accordance with company and facility policies.

Your role is critical in ensuring that inmates receive appropriate mental health services and care while incarcerated.
