Primary Responsibilities
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assetsFollow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all timesPosition Requirements
Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skillsHigh school diploma / GEDValid drivers license requiredAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
