Cyber Tools Lead

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to develop, test, and deploy cyber tools for compliance initiatives.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain cyber tools such as ACAS, ESS, EVAL / STIG, ArcSight, Delinea, and Elastic.
• Consolidate reports from various cyber tools, including ACAS, ESS, ArcSight, and EVAL / STIG.
• Possess experience with STIGs, patching, and Security Classification Guides.
• Coordinate actions with internal and external teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure effective task execution with minimal mission impact.
• Brief government and contract leadership confidently and professionally.
• Assess information system security requirements, evaluate security posture, and recommend remediation priorities.
• Review infrastructure and application architecture to determine security needs.
• Contribute to security planning, assessments, risk analysis, certification, and awareness activities for CLAW systems.
• Gather data and prepare documentation supporting patching and STIG compliance for CLAW systems.
• Identify security vulnerabilities in hardware and software platforms and recommend mitigations.
• Coordinate with ISSO, O&M, and VMT to meet cyber requirements.
• Lead planning, documentation, and mitigation efforts for security controls during cyber events like CVTs, CVPA, and ATOs.
• Train and mentor tools engineers to maintain compliance with DoD and organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
