A company is looking for a Backend Engineer, Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand data pipelines and products for various product lines and internal business intelligence
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver user-facing features
Monitor and improve database and pipeline performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of backend software engineering experience
Minimum of 1 year experience building product-focused data pipelines or data warehouses
Demonstrable experience with technologies such as Kinesis, Airflow, Spark, Lambda, Flink, and Athena
Experience with databases including Clickhouse, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Timestream, and Snowflake
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or equivalent
