A company is looking for a Lead Associate-CRM Strategy to guide and execute CRM strategies for the Asset Protection division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM strategy and execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making within the division
Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external service providers to enhance CRM effectiveness
Manage and review annual CRM budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM, preferably as a Senior CRM Manager
Proven experience in developing and delivering successful CRM strategies that increase consumer value and revenue
Experience in budget development and monitoring progress against business plans
Knowledge of CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics being a significant advantage
