About the Role

The Consultant Relations team at Epic is a small internal team that manages relationships between Epic and our customer's consultants. The role focuses on contracting processes, consultant communication, and internal coordination to help ensure our customers' projects are successful.

Location

Campus in Madison, WI (Verona, WI). Relocation assistance available. Candidate should live within 45 minutes of campus or be willing to relocate.

Madison, WI is a growing tech hub with world-class amenities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the contracting process with consultants.
  • Communicate with consultants and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Provide information and support to consultants to enable effective customer support.
  • Balance time between consultant communication, internal coordination, and independent work.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Full-time, 40-hour work week.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize many concurrent tasks.
  • Self-starter with a good sense of urgency.
  • Flexible & adaptable to change.
  • Knowledge of Excel / Access / Word preferred.
  • Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
