Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Production Technicians to join our high-performance shift teams in a 24 / 7 manufacturing facility. This role is essential to achieving operational goals across Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, Cost, and Production during each shift.

Production Technicians provide vital support to the team and facility, with a structured career path that includes cross-training and advancement opportunities. Entry-level technicians begin with general team support responsibilities and are expected to grow their operational skills over time, with the goal of advancing to “Tech A” status—qualified to operate and maintain highly technical equipment and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Starting at $27.96 / hour, with the opportunity to earn $31.09 / hour at Tech A level
• Monthly Prosperity Bonus : Eligible for up to an additional 15% monthly bonus for meeting goals
