Position Summary
We are seeking motivated Production Technicians to join our high-performance shift teams in a 24 / 7 manufacturing facility. This role is essential to achieving operational goals across Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, Cost, and Production during each shift.
Production Technicians provide vital support to the team and facility, with a structured career path that includes cross-training and advancement opportunities. Entry-level technicians begin with general team support responsibilities and are expected to grow their operational skills over time, with the goal of advancing to “Tech A” status—qualified to operate and maintain highly technical equipment and systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay : Starting at $27.96 / hour, with the opportunity to earn $31.09 / hour at Tech A level

Operate and support systems including :High-speed corrugating machineryRobotic assembly equipmentConveyors and batch mixersElectrical distribution and building automation systemsFollow all safety protocols and required PPE standardsMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areasEnsure products meet quality, cost, and productivity goalsWork collaboratively within your shift team and across departmentsTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtimeSuggest and support improvements in safety, quality, and efficiencyCommunicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and plant leadershipDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicShow willingness to learn and grow technical skillsPreferred Skills & Experience
Ability to read and interpret technical schematicsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulationsClamp truck operation (a plus)Prior experience in corrugated packaging or manufacturing industryMilitary training related to operations or maintenance (preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort in a fast-paced environmentEducation & Qualifications
