We’re looking for a hands-on, driven Production Manager to lead our Muskegon shop operations for emergency vehicle remounts, upfits, and refurbishments . In this role, you’ll make sure every project runs smoothly—from planning schedules to delivering top-quality workmanship that keeps first responders and essential workers rolling.

What You’ll Do
Run the daily production schedule to keep projects on track and customers happy.
Lead and support a team of skilled technicians—helping them grow while ensuring top-notch results.
Oversee body work, remounts, and custom upfits—making sure every detail meets specs and safety standards.
Fine-tune shop workflows to boost efficiency, cut down on rework, and speed up turnaround times.
Partner with parts and purchasing to make sure the right components are on hand when needed.
Keep a close eye on costs, labor, and materials—always looking for ways to stay on budget without cutting corners.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shop environment where everyone thrives.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in emergency vehicle upfitting, body work, remounts, or a related field such as heavy truck or specialty vehicle repair..
Strong understanding of emergency vehicle systems, including structural body repair, electrical wiring, lighting systems, HVAC, and custom equipment installation.
A problem-solver with a knack for improving processes and driving efficiency.
Someone who values quality, safety, and teamwork as much as hitting deadlines.
