Expectations and Responsibilities :
- Production painting in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with different types of paint
- Bodywork and prep experience
- Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
- Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
- Wet sanding and buffing experience
- Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
- Comfortable working in high-heat environments
- Cleanliness of workspace and equipment
