Expectations and Responsibilities :

  • Production painting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with different types of paint
  • Bodywork and prep experience
  • Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
  • Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
  • Wet sanding and buffing experience
  • Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Comfortable working in high-heat environments
  • Cleanliness of workspace and equipment

Pay Information

  • Pay based on experience.

    • Benefits

  • Company sponsored 401(k) plan; 100% match up to 6% of salary (after one year)
