We are seeking a friendly and professional Welcome Center Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide information about the organization and its services
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling tours and managing correspondence
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the welcome center
• Address any visitor concerns or issues with professionalism and care
