  • Facility Type : 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (ICU, Med-Surg, PACU)\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
  • Shifts : 12-hour day / night rotating shifts; occasional 8-hour shifts; 2-3 weekends per 6-week schedule; every other holiday\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $2140 - $2290\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) assignment\n

    • \n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Minnesota State RN license required\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience\n
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)\n
  • Proficient in EPIC charting, Omnicell, Philips monitors, telemetry, defibrillators, IV pumps, BiPap, and ventilators\n
  • Ability to float to Med-Surg and PACU units; OB or Emergency Department experience a plus\n

  • Deliver direct patient care in ICU, Med-Surg, and PACU settings\n
  • Monitor telemetry for acute care patients and manage continuous IV medications\n
  • Perform cardioversions and provide post-anesthesia care\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system\n
  • Comply with hospital policies, including dress code (navy blue scrubs)\n
  • Participate in unit-specific training and orientation (1 day Med-Surg, 1 day ICU)\n
