job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor inventory levels for all departments and place orders as needed Anticipate needs based on sales trends and seasonal fluctuations Receive, check, and log all produce and product deliveries for accuracy and quality Communicate discrepancies or quality issues to vendors and management Track all shrinkage (loss, damage, spoilage) and maintain accurate records Report inventory discrepancies and support loss prevention initiatives Use scanning equipment to update inventory counts and ensure system accuracy Train team members on inventory procedures and loss prevention standards Assist with physical inventory counts Support additional retail operations as assigned Inventory accuracy rates Shrinkage and loss reduction Timeliness and accuracy of receiving and logging deliveries High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in retail inventory or stock management Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to use scanning / tagging equipment and inventory software Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed Experience with produce or wellness products Inventory management training a plus Analytical and detail-oriented Reliability and consistency Team-oriented and collaborative Strong recordkeeping and communication skills Support the launch of a first-of-its-kind wellness retail destination Help establish systems and standards from the ground up Opportunities for advancement into Senior Coordinator or Assistant Manager roles Training in inventory management systems, vendor relations, and wellness retail Competitive pay + health, dental, vision, PTO, wellness perks See your work directly impact a successful retail launch and guest experience
