Position Overview

The Partner - Business Litigation will lead a team of attorneys in representing clients in complex business disputes. This role requires strategic thinking and a strong understanding of litigation processes, with the goal of achieving favorable outcomes for clients while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Oversee case management activities, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and business implications of litigation.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff in legal practices and case management.
• Maintain relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities in the litigation space.
• Stay updated on changes in business litigation laws and trends to provide the best legal advice.
