Marketing Director

A company is looking for a Marketing Director who will shape and elevate their global brand while leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Builds, develops, and mentors the marketing team

Leads various marketing activities including market research, content management, and digital marketing initiatives

Oversees brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred

Experience in life sciences, ideally in a CRO or clinical trials environment

Minimum 7 years of digital marketing leadership experience

Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering projects on time

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define marketing priorities
