A company is looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to oversee client onboarding and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and implementation projects
Lead the strategic review and analysis of client document libraries and guide clients through document customization processes
Coordinate and execute client implementation projects, ensuring alignment on timelines and project requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in implementation / project management within the mortgage, title, or real estate services industry
Strong familiarity with mortgage origination and servicing workflows
PMP or related certification is a plus
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure DevOps)
Understanding of compliance obligations in mortgage lending and servicing environments
