In your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential daily nursing care and foster a supportive environment for our residents. Your skills and commitment will be truly valued in our mission-driven community.

Position Type : Part-Time or Full-Time

Available Shifts :

Days : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (FT)

Evenings : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM (FT)

Nights (NOC) : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM (PT)

Starting Wage : $19.75 - $22.12 / hour, based on experience

Shift Differential : $3 / hour from 7 PM to 7 AM

Location : 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
• Support the Registered Nurse by implementing care plans and assisting with treatments as needed.
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the RN.
• Record services performed accurately using our computerized charting system.
• Engage residents in prescribed program activities to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Observe residents for any shifts in physical or emotional health, reporting significant changes to supervisors.
• Complete additional tasks as required to meet resident needs.
