Treasury Management Consulting Senior Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Consulting Senior Manager within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will :
- Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors in roles with moderate complexity and risk
- Oversee a team of Treasury Management Consultants, providing coaching, guidance, and support to effectively manage and develop each individual with the aim of advancing the business.
- Reporting to the Segment Treasury Management Director, you will collaborate with leadership, communicate team progress, and set strategic priorities for advancement of the team.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Treasury Management Consulting team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, as well as interact directly with external customers within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Consulting
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications :
6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications :
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and consulting practicesDemonstrated ability to set strategic priorities and drive initiatives to completionStrong interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal partners, peers, and external clientsAbility to collaborate across all levels of the organization, including senior leadershipExperience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing risk control measuresStrong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex issues and recommend effective solutionsRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional - CTP) are a plusJob Expectations :
