Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking a highly enthusiastic and team-oriented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Our primary goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients. This Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position is in the post-acute / SNF setting.

Your Responsibilities :
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapistObtain data related to the treatments provided and collaborate with the OT to modify care as necessaryWork with patients to optimize function, while being willing to learn new ideas & approaches to careThorough documentation that supports the progress note, timeliness and accuracy is keEducate patients & staffCollaborate as an integral part of the care teamUnderstand how we partner with facilities, nursing & other staff for the benefit of thepatients
The Requirements :
Must maintain a valid state license;Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of Occupational Therapy.Proficient in clinical documentation using Net Health / Optima or similar softwareAll healthcare workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption / submit to regular testing per the CDPH order.Education :
Graduate of an ACOTE®-accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) programYour Certificates / Licenses :
