Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This contract position is based in Holt, Michigan, offering an engaging and rewarding role delivering life-saving respiratory therapies to patients in both Intensive Care and General Practice Units. The schedule includes working three 12-hour night shifts every other weekend, from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM, supporting continuous patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer life-support, resuscitation, and medical gas therapies under the supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor
• Perform both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic respiratory procedures
• Maintain clinical expertise and adapt to assignments across various business units
• municate effectively with patients, physicians, co-workers, and other healthcare team members regarding patient needs
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately for clinical and billing purposes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Respiratory Therapists, orient new staff, externs, and students
