About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Warehouse Operations Director to help keep our retail and e-commerce engine running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in managing transfers, inventory accuracy, shipment processing, and overall organization across our fulfillment operations.
This isn’t a “show up and move boxes” kind of warehouse job. You’ll be part of a brand that’s scaling fast - where precision, initiative, and pride in your work matter.
What You’ll Do
Inventory & Fulfillment
- Pull, pack, and prepare product transfers for omnichannel operation , supporting wholesale, retail, and e-commerce inventory flow
- Load and deliver transfers using company Sprinter van (local routes only)
- Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments
- Tag, barcode, and check pricing / SKUs for accuracy before stocking
- Keep product flowing efficiently between warehouse, stores, and online channels
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers
Organization & Upkeep
Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse layoutConsolidate and restock bins daily to keep operations flowingProactively prepare space for incoming POs and seasonal spikesInventory Accuracy
Conduct regular low-inventory and discrepancy checks using our POS systemReconcile mismatched counts and flag issues earlyMaintain accurate product data for seamless reporting and restocksOperational Support
Assist with product photo pulls, count verification, and cross-team requestsIdentify slow-moving inventory and share insights to support marketing decisionsParticipate in weekly warehouse meetings and continuous improvement effortsWhat We’re Looking For
3-5 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experienceExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughStrong organizational skills and self-disciplineTeam-oriented with a proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what’s nextPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feetTech-comfortable (POS systems, spreadsheets, digital inventory tools)Bonus : WMS or multi-location inventory system experience (Heartland, NetSuite, or similar)Why You’ll Love It Here
