Job Description

Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals. Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Monitor and report project progress to relevant stakeholders. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability across all operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
