VIP Bottle Server Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent guest service in a dynamic setting
- Constantly provides guests with accurate information about the venue as well as entertainment offered in each
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and observe customer experience
- VIP bottle service responsibilities
- Take bottle menu, beverages, food, and bar orders from guests and communicate orders to the service bar through the POS terminal
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team members' needs when the opportunity arises
- Appear in uniform for all shifts and promotional activities at scheduled time
- Organize and prioritize service per appropriate sequence of service
- Ensure nightly / weekly and opening / running / closing duties are completed
- Ensure accurate accounting of all bar monies and independent banking procedures
- Must market and promote all venue specific events
- Ensures that all storage areas / rooms and work areas are neat, clean and organized
- Stock service areas as instructed
- Thank customers for their visit and invite again
