Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician Wanted :

Requirements :

• Previous experience in maintenance, punching and turning vacant units, and handling assorted repairs within an apartment community.
• Possession of HVAC certification and experience in maintaining and installing central HVAC systems. (not a requirement, we will consider uncertified but skilled technicians).
• Ownership of personal tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
• Commitment to learning new skills.

You will work directly for the Owners of the property. Not an outside management company. You will be collaborating closely with our on-site property manager and existing maintenance staff to deliver high quality make ready units and exceptional customer service.
