The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and great customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES to be Trained :

  • Daily operations of restaurant
  • Hiring and training a great team
  • Managing all areas in front and back of house
  • Ensuring food quality
  • Managing food and labor cost budgets
  • Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
