Tri-State Construction, Inc. is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our residential project management team. You will assist our construction management leadership with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and client relationships while ensuring high standards in quality, scheduling, and cost control. Key Responsibilities

• Support construction manager with project oversight and subcontractor coordination
• Communicate with clients to maintain clear, professional updates
• Coordinate material purchasing, delivery logistics, and scheduling
• Maintain documentation related to project budgets, change orders, and timelines
• Conduct site visits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Assist with daily project review, jobsite reporting, and management of deliverables
• Track milestones, proactively identify challenges, and contribute to solutions
