The Partnership team works in a hybrid capacity. This position is expected to be in schools 80% of the time, with occasional visits to the Partnership office in Downtown LA. School sites are based in Boyle Heights, South Los Angeles, and Watts. This is a full-time, year-round position.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Partnership is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Coordinator of Curriculum Systems Advising to join the Partnership's K-12 Mathematics team to support the Partnership's systems change efforts for high-need schools in Los Angeles. The Coordinator of Curriculum Systems Advising will play a vital role in the Partnership's systems change work by scaling effective professional learning and curriculum implementation systems to LAUSD schools with a focus on mathematics. This role will work alongside the Director of Curriculum Systems Advising and instructional leaders across a portfolio of 10 school sites to build durable systems for planning, instruction, and data analysis using a curriculum-first approach. The Coordinator supports school site designees to design and facilitates strong professional learning and collaborative experiences for teachers to build the capacity of instructional leaders to take on this work. In addition, this role will support the design and development of group learning professional development for instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and administrators in support of LAUSD's math vision and goals. This is a full-time, year-round position and is grant-funded through summer 2029.
The Coordinator of Curriculum Systems Advising has a direct impact on the 2030 strategic plan through building systems of adult learning for school leaders and teachers, strengthening coaching, observation, and feedback cycles in math and ELA, and amplifying innovations by codifying and sharing promising practices with LAUSD and the broader education field.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting salary range for external / internal candidates is $114,179. The Partnership's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion extends to our compensation practices. The exact salary for this position is set through the Partnership's compensation policy and is dependent on the candidate's relevant skills, experiences, and organizational tenure. In support of our vision for pay equity, candidate salaries are determined by a formula and we do not negotiate.
