Professional Staff Nurse - Resource Pool (Critical Care)

UPMC Mercy is hiring a full-time Professional Staff Nurse to join its Resource Pool department and rotate through our Critical Care units.

Resource Pool nurses receive a 10% differential in their hourly rate for floating and schedule flexibility. RNs will work rotating shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a. A minimum of one year of bedside experience or experience as a PCT within the Resource Pool is strongly preferred.

Within this department, we have both acute care and critical care nurses along with PCTs and Care Attendants who ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.
