A company is looking for an Implementation and Training Analyst to support customer onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff through go-live
Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding and training
Configure software based on customer requirements and operational workflows
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or business aviation
Experience implementing or supporting SaaS or aviation-related software
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
High technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex systems
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
