A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Coordinator II, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while adhering to established department standards
Review and reconcile vendor invoices using multiple systems to facilitate accurate payments
Manage shared departmental email inboxes and maintain effective communication with internal customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 years of finance experience with a focus in accounting
3 years of experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and financial systems
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively
