Motus Marketing is a growing sales and marketing firm dedicated to helping companies expand their customer base and increase brand awareness through cost effective methods. We provide retail teams that engage with new customers and service existing ones. As a Manager in Training, you’ll start on the sales floor, developing expertise in direct sales and marketing campaigns while representing clients in the telecommunications and home improvement industries. You’ll work in a retail environment, engaging with customers and learning how to drive revenue for our clients.

After mastering sales, you’ll transition into leadership training, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in :

  • Team building & mentorship
  • Payroll & administrative duties
  • Operational management
  • Expanding into new territories
