Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage fundamental operations processes related to loan verification and servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a queue of loans for day-to-day productivity

Review and verify funding accounts following company procedures

Process customer check payments and reimbursements, and assist in forbearance and ID verification

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years' experience with lending processes and systems

Familiarity with bank verification procedures is a plus

Strong attention to detail

An eagerness to learn new processes

Excellent time management skills
