Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition Focus :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position competencies and workforce needs.
• Post job openings in HRIS and external job boards, ensuring accurate and timely listings.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and participate in interview panels as needed.
• Assist in creating and updating interview questions and recruitment strategies to improve the selection process.
• Gather and organize work logs and relevant documentation from hiring managers to support HR processes.
• Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Support additional HR functions as needed, contributing to overall HR operations.

Preferred Qualifications :

$68,000 - $78,000
