Job Title :   Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Location :   Atlanta, GA 30303

Salary / Payrate :   $115K to $135K (some flexibility depending on experience), bonus and AWESOME benefits!

Work Environment :   Onsite

Term :   Permanent / Fulltime

Billable Hour Requirement : 1,500

Referral Fee : AMS will pay $1,000 should the person you refer gets hired

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in commercial real estate transactions to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated transactions across a wide range of property types while working closely with senior attorneys and clients in a collaborative, professional environment.

Position Overview :

The successful candidate will play a key role in representing clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. The role is ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to developing a long-term career in commercial real estate law.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other related contracts.
  • Manage all stages of transactions, including title and survey review, due diligence, and closing coordination.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure timely and successful deal execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Georgia Bar (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 1–5 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
