Essential Job Functions :

    • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • An outgoing personality with a true desire to serve others
  • 1 year experience in a Quality Dining Establishment Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails
  • Command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
  • A positive team player able work well with a variety of members, employees and guests
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment with high member and guest interaction
  • Willing to obtain a TABC certification prior to starting
  • Flexibility for both AM / PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Possess the ability to work in hot, sunny, cool, cold, and / or rainy conditions when assigned to outside events
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older

    • Benefits

    Houston Country Club offers an excellent benefits package. After 60 days, full time employees are eligible for :

    Once eligibility criteria are met, our 401(k) plan allows employees to choose between pre- and post-tax contributions, and we match dollar for dollar up to 4% with immediate vesting.

    The Houston Country Club Scholarship Fund was established to assist our employees, their children, and their grandchildren pursue their higher education goals. Recipients may receive up to $10,000 per year to be used for tuition, books, and fees.
