As a K–12 school-based Physical Therapist in Jefferson, PA, your days will include :

\n\n \n\t

Providing direct treatment aligned to IEP goals for students in elementary and high school settings.

\n\t

\n\t

Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations; developing individualized treatment plans and progress reports.

\n\t

\n\t

Collaborating with IEP teams, classroom staff, and families to support student access and participation.

\n\t

\n\t

Documenting services and progress in accordance with district, state, and IDEA requirements.

\n\t

\n\t

Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to accommodations, modifications, and equipment needs.

\n\t

Position : Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

\n\t

\n\t

Start / End : ASAP – End of School Year

\n\t

\n\t

Hours : 8–20+ hours / week (Monday–Friday; schedule may vary by student need)

\n\t

\n\t

Settings / Grades : Elementary and High School

\n\t

\n\t

Caseload : ~ 8 students , up to 2x / week each

\n\t

\n\t

Interview : Virtual

\n\t

\n \n\nSuccessful Candidates Possess\n\n \n\t

Education : DPT or equivalent from an accredited PT program

\n\t

\n\t

Licensure : Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (required)

\n\t

\n\t

Experience : Pediatric or school-based experience (preferred; new graduates welcome )

\n\t

\n\t

Eligibility : Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
