Key Responsibilities
Design and manage lifecycle management processes and systems for renewal sales cycles
Convert product telemetry and health data into actionable risk indicators for the renewals team
Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor system effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or systems analysis roles
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
Experience in designing and implementing scalable business processes and technical solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional technical implementations
