• The Role
• The Guest Communication Specialist will be responsible for greeting and interacting with current and future guests to facilitate arrival details and on property requests. You will ensure that guest needs are communicated properly to the appropriate department, following up to make sure that requests have been handled, and guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation are responded to in a timely manner. You will manage a large amount of phone calls and chat messages and will be able to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. The potential candidate must be able to analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.
