CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Clearance : Public Trust

Location : Alexandria, VA, possibility of remote / telework

The Contractor shall provide program management support that includes the oversight and coordination of all activities performed by contractor personnel and any subcontractors to fulfill the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). This support encompasses managing all aspects of project execution and operational initiatives for the PIOps Division within the scope of work and approved by the NCUA.

Program Management support shall include the development and implementation to enhance IT service delivery. Tasks include creating integrated master milestone schedules, developing capital business case narratives, preparing presentation materials for governance boards, and supporting automation initiatives, and service delivery enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, information systems management, mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing federal IT programs
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Duties :

  • Ensuring projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedules, and resources.
  • Designing, planning, and coordinating work teams.
  • Understanding business and technical objectives of a project and working closely with the project sponsor.
  • Creating program charters and work plans, tracking budget, and monitoring progress via agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project deliverables.
  • Documenting risks and developing and executing mitigation plans.
  • Implementing communication plans.
  • Building teams, assigning tasks, evaluating outcomes, and negotiating resources.
  • Providing technical support to project team members by handling complex application features and technical designs.
  • Providing overall direction to the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of a project.
  • Extracting and analyzing data, generating dashboards, and compiling risk matrices and preparing reports for leadership review
