UKG Systems Analyst

Location : Lafayette, CO

Schedule : Hybrid (Mon-Wed in office, every other week remote)

Pay : $55-$65 / hr, DOE

Overview :

The UKG Systems Analyst will support payroll and compliance operations through advanced configuration, auditing, and optimization of UKG Pro (Core HR / Payroll) and UKG Dimensions (Timekeeping) . This position requires deep system knowledge, analytical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve data and integration issues across HR, Finance, and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform detailed payroll data audits, including validation of earnings, hours, PTO accruals, and leave cases.

Identify and correct data discrepancies and configuration issues within UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions .

Maintain and optimize integrations between HR, payroll, and timekeeping modules.

Implement process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and reduce manual work.

Support compliance with FAMLI and other federal / state leave laws.

Generate analytical reports and data extracts for Finance, HR, and Audit teams.

Document system configurations, process changes, and operational workflows.

Qualifications :

Extensive hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HR / Payroll) and UKG Dimensions (Workforce Management) .

Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and leave case management.

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to system accuracy and data integrity.

(Preferred) Experience in payroll auditing, HRIS administration, or accounting systems integration.

Additional Information :

Reports to Payroll or HR Systems leadership.

Requires strong cross-functional communication with HR, IT, and Finance.
