Role Description :

Were looking for a Sports-Minded Sales Representative (Management Trainee) to join our team in Saginaw, MI. Just like in sports, this role is all about discipline, teamwork, and the drive to win. Youll learn proven sales strategies, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and grow into leadership through our Management Training Program.

This is a full-time, on-site position with hands-on coaching, performance incentives, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities :

Approach customers with confidence and professionalism
Share product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions
Support in-store promotions and brand campaigns
Answer customer questions with clarity and enthusiasm
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management
Collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals and exceed expectations

What Were Looking For :

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
