Scheduled Hours : 4 : 00 am – 2 : 30 pm, Monday through Thursday
Breaks : 30-minute unpaid meal break and one 15-minute paid break every four hours
Hourly Wage : Pay rate depends on level of experience (determined during interview).
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Job Purpose
The Production Tech completes vehicle assembly work via company specifications. To start and complete build of new vehicle and finish in a timely fashion. Specialty tools will be on-site to complete the work as needed. Employees will provide their own tools. Assist in other departments may be needed occasionally per management discretion.

Essential Job Functions
- Follow the direction of supervisors and lead technicians for the fabrication of vehicles to meet build requirement deadlines.
- Tire and Alignment installation.
- Review, organize and complete daily vehicle work assigned.
- Responsible for assembling and testing installed vehicle parts.
- Ensure products are working as intended and are free of defects or other issues.
- Perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
- Maintain documentation of all vehicles and installed parts via tablets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work station / environment.
- Required to have a great attention to detail and have manual agility in both arms and hands.
- Follow all company, OSHA and EPA standards including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and proper waste disposal in required areas.
- Follow all job-related safety and health procedures.
- Report any safety concerns to management.
- Retain confidential information on vehicles not released to the public.
- Other duties as assigned.

Indoor / Outdoor : Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure. May encounter distracting noise levels indoors and extreme weather conditions. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.Independence : Perform job duties independently with minimal supervision.Qualifications
Experience : Automotive repair shop experience preferred. Education and specialized knowledge. High School / G.E.D. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.Drug Screen : Ability to pass pre-employment, random, or reasonable suspicion drug screens.Background Check : Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.Skills
