Tax and Accounting

Due to our growth in our client base, it has opened an immediate need for experienced Tax and Accounting positions. We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities and a flexible work schedule. We are seeking full-time and / or part-time positions.

Role and Responsibilities

Tax and Accounting Associates will review and prepare income tax returns, including corporations, individual, partnership and trust tax returns. Individuals will also perform tax planning and research, as well as, assist with new client proposals and firm development. Responsibilities also include monthly QuickBooks bookkeeping and accounting services and preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements.

Basic Qualifications / Education

Familiar with QuickBooks Online and Desktop

Familiar with Drake tax software helpful but not required

Can work independently and as part of a team

The ability to handle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines

Strong communication skills written and verbal

Self-starter and reliable
