What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings
  • Install plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projects
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, drainage, and supply line failures
  • Repair or replace pipes, faucets, fixtures, and drainage systems
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment related to the plumbing trade
  • Complete work orders, document materials used, and communicate job status clearly
  • Respond to emergency plumbing calls during or after hours
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and plumbing codes
  • Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices while supporting a collaborative team environment

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of plumbing experience
  • Commercial and industrial plumbing background (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing terminology, fittings, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Familiarity with specialized plumbing systems (medical gas, hydronics, backflow prevention preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and plumbing code regulations

    • A Few More Things

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, crawling, etc.
  • Ability to read work orders, communicate clearly with customers, and document repairs
  • Basic math and reasoning skills for troubleshooting and job planning
  • Strong communication skills for explaining issues and solutions in plain language
