What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildingsInstall plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projectsDiagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, drainage, and supply line failuresRepair or replace pipes, faucets, fixtures, and drainage systemsOperate a variety of tools and equipment related to the plumbing tradeComplete work orders, document materials used, and communicate job status clearlyRespond to emergency plumbing calls during or after hoursEnsure compliance with safety standards and plumbing codesMentor junior plumbers and apprentices while supporting a collaborative team environmentWhat We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of plumbing experienceCommercial and industrial plumbing background (preferred)Strong knowledge of plumbing terminology, fittings, materials, tools, and equipmentFamiliarity with specialized plumbing systems (medical gas, hydronics, backflow prevention preferred)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with health, safety, and plumbing code regulationsA Few More Things
