What You’ll Do :

  • High-Rise Window Cleaning : Safely operate rope descent systems, swing stages, and other specialized equipment to clean and maintain exterior windows on tall commercial buildings.
  • Low-Rise & Ground-Level Work : Ensure exceptional clarity and cleanliness for smaller buildings, storefronts, and residential windows.
  • Additional Services : Assist with related property maintenance services, such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and interior glass detailing.
  • Safety & Compliance : Strictly follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and industry regulations, including the proper use of fall-protection gear and routine equipment inspections.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow technicians, supervisors, and support staff to achieve efficient, customer-focused results.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience at Heights : Prior window cleaning or related high-altitude work experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners ready to learn.
  • Comfort with Tools & Equipment : Familiarity with harnesses, ropes, bosun’s chairs, and other gear is preferred (training available).
  • Physical Fitness & Stamina : Must be able to climb, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to Detail : A commitment to delivering streak-free results and quality workmanship.
  • Adaptability & Team Spirit : Willing to perform a variety of tasks, including low-rise work and additional services as requested by our clients.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Pay : $22-$30 per hour (including hourly, bonus, and commission opportunities), with potential for increases based on performance.
